Urban Homesteading: Sugar Book Workshop

Sugar Books are a delightful craft that combine traditional book-binding with non-traditional materials. Come bind a little book, using sugar packages as covers. These are perfect for leaving as sweet, unexpected messages in coffee shop sugar bowls. This activity works for people of all ages: adults, youth, and families.  It requires use of a needle and thread.

You are welcome to drop in anytime between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm.  Expect to spend 15 to 45 minutes making your sweet sugar book. All materials will be provided.

Workshop delivered by The Learnary. Sugar books created by artist Lea Redmond.
