In this class, we will be learning how to mix different print techniques. We will be trying techniques that we can do by hand, including monoprint, hand colouring, relief printing (stamping), stencilling, and/or collage.
If you have experience with any kind of printing, bring your ideas and works in progress! If you are new to printmaking, you will get a sampling of the different techniques available.No-experience in art or printmaking required (but some is helpful!).
Tools and supplies provided. Open to everyone!
This the first of two offerings of this wonderful workshop. Look for this workshop again on October 30th. Cara is also offering a Block Printing Wednesday Workshop Sept 18 and Oct 16.
