Chris Hadfield is a bit of a hero in our household.  His curiosity, keenness, fortitude, skill and knowledge are immense, so too is his kindness.  This framing of how to self isolate, from a man who has spent a great deal of time on the ISS is inspiring.

My mission is to root myself into family rhythm and find peace & gratitude in This. To not stretch into the future of my worry mind, but have each moment be present. To make conservative decisions and take the isolation as an essential assignment. And to model for my child that compassion, community connection and doing for others are the take-a-way lessons from this experience. What is your mission?
