Monthlies bring folks together to share what they know with others on a…you guessed it… monthly basis. We provide a facilitated space for people to share skills and learn from others – not necessarily experts, but folks who know what they’re doing and have questions too. These might include “Tune up Tuesdays” for bike repair, “Thirsty Thursdays” for home brewing enthusiasts, or “Fix it Fridays” for all those finicky little mending jobs you never get to. We’re building our list of possibilities and would love to hear what you’d like to see happening.
Monthlies are just $5 a person for drop ins and $10 if you want to pre-register and have a meal with us.
We don’t provide facilitated Kidspace for these events, but children are welcome to join you for the activity or entertain themselves in the play area.
An event for the whole family! Bring your bits of broken things and repair them while getting to know new people and eating some good food.
Join us on the last Thursday of the month for the playful illustration of swear words and other impolite activities.
Join us on the second Thursday of the month for a cozy knit-in. Bring projects you’re working on and learn from others. We welcome beginners, intermediate and advanced knitters…we all have something to share. This is not a class though – so if you don’t know your knit from your purl, start with one of our Knitasana for Beginners classes!
