A woman named Catherine from Australia, came in to the shop today and got to talking with Sarah - as one does. She used to pack horses in Calgary using a diamond hitch. A couple of mares and some mules would follow them. She saw the collections of shells and things and knew a lot of stuff about them off the top of her head. Sarah wrote down what she could while she spoke, and ended up with more information about the things in our collection. Catherine was so happy she happened to come in and said 'thanks for the lovely memories'. We are so happy she came to spend some time with us. We love curious people and the stories they carry with them.
